The Apache PowerCleat® is a 1/2" crescent cleat profile, designed to significantly increase carrying capacity when compared to conventional multi-chevron belts. This increased cleat height and crescent profile allows for greater conveyor incline angles over a larger variety of applications and conveyed product.
The crescent shape was designed for better flex when discharging, allowing for a cleaner discharge of material with less carryback. Additionally, the Apache PowerCleat has an overlapping pattern that creates less noise and chatter on return rollers.
With its unique properties, the Apache PowerCleat is ideal for recycling, wood processing, road construction, and grain handling.
