Apache Inc. is pleased to announce the election of two new board members, Harry Cardillo and Jim Nikrant.
Harry Cardillo joins Apache’s board of directors following his recently retirement as CEO of Habasit America. Prior to Habasit, Mr. Cardillo ran and owned his own manufacturing company and helped build Globe International, both which have been integrated into Habasit. He graduated from Long Island University with a Bachelor's degree in business, as well as his MBA. Mr. Cardillo also serves on the boards of Habasit, HHA, HCL, HRD, the Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce, and the Boys and Girls Clubs of Gwinnet.
Jim Nikrant joins Apache’s board of directors as the previous General Manager of General Electric’s national customer service business. After leaving GE in 1989, Mr. Nikrant became a partner and board member for the following businesses: Safemaster Co. Inc., Sargent and Greenleaf, Be-Cogent (Glasgow, Scotland), and Do-it Corporation. He also serves on the boards of Lil’ Drug Store Products, DFB Pharmaceuticals, and Acme Graphics. Mr. Nikrant is an MBA graduate of Baldwin-Wallace College.
